Salted Caramel Cashew Butter Fudge

3/4 cup Cashew Butter from The Nuttercompany
1/2 cup Agave Nectar
2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Sea Salt Flakes for topping
Cashews for topping

Salted Caramel Cashew Butter Fudge, need I say more? Best of all they are raw and vegan friendly. For those who haven’t tried cashew butter before, you have to give it a go! It is an amazing alternative to peanut butter, also very creamy and good for making amazing recipes. Warning: this fudge is very addicting, couldn’t stop eating them. Eat with cautious!
Blend cashew butter and agave nectar into a bowl until smooth, add coconut oil a bit at a time until sticky dough like consistency.
In a 4×4 inch pan (or smaller depending on thickness), push the dough into the pan and press it down until firm. Remember to spread it in evenly. Add in extra cashews for the extra crunch and sprinkle some sea salt on top.
Put the pan in the freezer until firm. Over night is the best. Leave it out for a few minutes before serving. Yum, let me know if you give this a go!
