Ingredients
Nature Inspired Smoothie
by Joanna L.

1 1/2 medium frozen banana
4 pieces of frozen pineapple
1 1/2 tsp of Amazing Grass green superfood detox & digest powder
3 drops of chlorophyll concentrate
1/2 tsp of activated coconut charcoal powder
Toppings: Frozen fresh figs
East Bali Cashews granola bites
Sprinkle of hemp hearts

Any nature lovers out there? I love the nature and how I feel after a hike. I use to go hiking a lot, but ever since I started to handle more projects and gotten more busy, I stopped hiking. Which is an excuse! So this year, one of my goal is to hike more. Here’s a smoothie bowl inspired by the nature, do you see any resemblance? I’m loving the green gradient, how about you?

Ingredients
step1
Start off by putting all frozen ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add coconut water if it gets too thick.
step2
When the smoothie is in nicecream consistency, add 1 1/2 tsp of Amazing Grass green superfood detox & digest powder. Blend again.
step3
Once smoothie is in desired colour and consistency, transfer half of your smoothie into a bowl. Put the bowl into the freezer incase it melts. Add 3 drops of chlorophyll concentrate and 1/2 tsp of activated coconut charcoal powder into the remaining smoothie and blend again.
step4
Take your bowl out of the freezer once you are happy with the colour of your smoothie. Transfer the remaining smoothie from the blender to your bowl. Use a spoon to blend in both colours to create a gradient effect. Your smoothie base should now have a green gradient texture.
step5
To finish it off, add your favourite toppings. I used frozen fresh figs, East Bali Cashews granola bites and sprinkle of hemp hearts. Now you have your green gradient nature inspired bowl. Enjoy!
