Ingredients
Yogurt Swirl Smoothie Bowl

1 medium frozen banana
3 pieces of frozen lin persimmon
1 tbsp of nuzest coconut flavour powder
2 tbsp of ginger and turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of e3live powder
Splash of soy milk
Toppings: Frozen Strawberries, Loving Earth buckins caramelized clusters, coconut yogurt





Allow this winter to feel warm and cozy with this yogurt swirl smoothie bowl. Not only does the yellow to green gradient have a warm appearance, the taste of the smoothie also gives you a warm kick as ginger and turmeric is used in this recipe. The yogurt gives the whole bowl another flavour making the whole smoothie well balanced.
 
Ingredients

Using a blender, blend all frozen ingredients together with a splash of soy milk.

Add 1 tbsp of Nuzest coconut flavour plantbased protein powder, along with 1 tbsp of turmeric and ginger powder. (Add more if you like your smoothie to have a stronger taste)

Blend everything together until desired consistency. Remove half of the smoothie into a desired bowl and put it in the freezer.

Take the other half of the smoothie and add in 1/2 tsp of E3live majik powder. Blend until colour has turned into olive green colour. Transfer the blended smoothie into the bowl earlier and mix both colours to form a gradient.

Once the gradient colour has formed, add in your favourite toppings. I used frozen strawberries, Loving Earth buckins caramelized clusters and coconut yogurt for the swirls. Enjoy and let me know what you think of this bowl!
