Greyson, the 12-year-old piano prodigy from Oklahoma whose cover of Lady Gaga's song "Paparazzi" became a YouTube sensation, finally got to meet his idol. "I met @LadyGaga! She was so kind, gave me some great advice and put on an amazing show!!" the young star tweeted.
Greyson Chance met Lady Gaga back stage and sat front row with his friends for the Monster Ball at the Ford Center.
"Greyson bought his tickets back in December and didn't think this would happen. Tonight he'll be in the front row watching Lady Gaga," said Lisa Chance, Greyson's mother.
"I'm so excited and I can't wait to see her tonight. I've been counting down to this day," Greyson said. "I don't know what I'm going to say, I'm just going to meet her and be happy and freak out when I see her."
When asked if he would be singing with his music idol at the concert...
"I don't think I am but if she wants me to, I'll be ready. I've been ready my whole life," Greyson said.
Other Little Monsters also were excited for the concert. Fans outside the Ford Center strutted their stuff in fishnets, sparkly eye make-up, wild costumes and sky high heels.
After the concert, Greyson is jetting off early to New York first thing in the morning for a teen magazine shoot and his favorite, New York pizza.
Greyson's birthday is next month and he said he hopes to be back home to party with his friends and said he really wants a dog for his birthday.
